Hair loss is often one of the most distressing side effects and lowers the self-esteem of sufferers, making them withdraw into a shell! But a wig with natural hair is very expensive. So instead of throwing away hair one could donate that hair and actually bring a smile to a chemo patient.

If students can pester their Moms for iphones and ipads why can’t they pester them to keep themselves safe from breast cancer? Early detection is crucial since once cancer spreads it could be fatal. Ideally a mammogram has to be done every year after the age of 40 to detect breast cancer early but even a simple self exam could help detect cancer early.70,000 ladies die in India alone just because they find breast cancer too late! 1/8 women are at risk.

CP. Shweta Tibrewala along with her circlers took a pledge of asking her mom to go for a regular check-up/mammogram besides herself took a pledge to go for a check-up.
