Indumathi, wife of J.M.Rao, fulfills all the needs and requirements of all the family members and keeps them happy .Every body obeys her word. Srikrishna,Vasudha are the elder son and daughter in-law of J.M.Rao. Both are doctors and helps in all aspects of hospital matters. Sriram, younger son of J.M.Rao completes his specialization in medicine in U.S and return to India He surprises every one by his appearance,behaviour and attitude. Unlike his father he wish to serve the poor and needy people. His father expected him to join in his hospital and get the good name for it .Only Indumathi supports her son’s aim .Sriram opens his dream hospital.
Janaki joins in Sriram’s hospital. He finds all the good qualities in Janaki. Her attitude, sincerity and behaviour in the profession attracts him towards Janaki and starts admiring her.One fine day he proposes her .Janaki get upset with this action and resigns and leaves the place. In the search of Janaki Sriram meets Colonel Viswanath, who is father in-law of janaki.He reveals a truth about her to Sriram .Viswanath convinces Janaki to get marry with Sriram.
Janaki rejoins in the hospital and both rendertheir services to poor and needy. With in a small period, the hospital becomes popular and well known. They get appreciated by one and all. Mean while Sri ram becomes famous in his profession by treating rare and typical cases in the medical field. Medical council of India recognizes his excellence in the field of medicine and presents him an award. Even MCI starts referring typical cases to him. In one such incident, they refer a patient who forgets his past and himself, but lives his normal life. Sriram admits him in his hospital. Janaki is in disbelief by seeing him and get shocked. He resembles her first husband .She’ll be in dilemma over him and sriram. If, he is her first husband, with whom she is going to continue her rest of the life? Is the patient is really her first husband or not?
