Thai Food Festival at The Square, Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre
Hyderabad 14th September 2012: Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre is organizing the Thai Food Festival from September 14th till 23rd September, 2012 at The Square. The 10 day long festival is a treat of the glorious flavours of Thai with an extensive range of traditional mouth watering dishes from the vibrant Thailand. The festival will not only showcase an array of authentic and sumptuous Thai cuisine but will also feature elements of Thai culture, giving Hyderabad a unique experience. Chef Nondh Phalaracksh & Songpol Tangan have been specially flown in from Thailand for the festival.
Nondh has ten years experience as chef, and his specialties include Massaman curry, Thai beef salad, Phad Thai. Songpol hails from Bangkok and his specialties include Crab fried rice, Tom yam soup, and he has good expertise in fruit carvings. The food festival will offer guests a visual delight as well as an explosion of unique flavours for the palate. The specialty chefs have meticulously designed a menu with a good mix of vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes from across Thailand. The menu consists of a variety of items like Lab Moo, Boiled Prawn w/Chilli Paste Lemongrass; Plah Tao Hu Deef Fried Bean Curd With Herb & Chilli Paste; Tom Yam Goong; Hot&Sour Spicy Prawn Soup w/ Lemon Grass; Khao Phad Poo Fried Rice w/Crab Meat; Hed Phad Nam Plik Phow Spicy Deep Fried Corn Cake; Satays in veg and non veg; Red and green Thai curries; Lychee Loy Kaew Lychee in Syrub; Assorted Thai Mixed Fruit; Assorted Thai Sweet and much more.
