"Premikulu" produced by B.A.Raju under the direction of B. Jaya with debutant artists Kamna Jathmalani, Yuva Raj, Rishi Gireesh from Super Hit Friends banner has completed its shooting part. On this event they felicitated Brahmanandam on behalf of cine critics at Ramanaidu Cine Village who was awarded an honorary doctorate from the Nagarjuna University. He is also doing a comedy role in this film. Brahmanandam started his life journey from being a lecturer and then to films with number of sugary and gloomy moments. He pursued a long career with the comedy oriented characters after Relangi and Rajababu.

Dr.Brahmanadam came to the event amidst the veda mantras along with the unit members and the whole unit garlanded him. Cine Star magazine editor Prabhu anchored the event. Senior journalists praised Brahmanandam.

B.A.Raju said that Brahmanandam entered into film industry 20 years back from Jandhyala's film 'Chinni Krishnudu'. He did the character very well and gave me the inspiration to write an article. On saying the amusement of his comedy he recalls a moment which happened in airport from an official who had over delighted on seeing him and asked his autograph on touching his legs.

B.Jaya said that we felt this is the right situation to felicitate him. And other unit members also praised about Brahamanandam.

In this event Dr. Brahamanadam said that he is very glad and very much excited as this felicitation was an unexpected one for him. He also said that many of them present here were well known about my career since 80's and they have given me a good positive push up with their articles on my acting.
