Sri Dega Art's Manasu Palike Mounaragam was launched today, 1st June at Ramoji Film City. The film starring Vikramaditya and Sneha in the lead roles is being produced by Deva Kumar Reddy and directed by Nagabhushan. Geeta Krishna switched on the camera and Prasad sounded the clap board for the first shot which was picturised on Sneha and Chandana Chakravarthy (of Anand fame). There after a press meet was held where the cast and crew spoke of the film.

"I was a senior section engineer in Southern Railways before I joined the film industry" debutant director Nagabhushan said "I grew up watching both art and commercial films and hence will try to balance both those elements in my film. There will be no fights or sex in this film. This film will be a simple narration of human relations. Sneha plays the role of a girl orphaned by the Tsunami disaster. We are aiming to project a realistic view of love. Music is a key ingredient in the narration of this story".

Heroine Sneha expressed her happiness on working in this film, which is her first heroine oriented film and described the film's story as breezy and beautiful.

Complimenting Sneha was character actor Sarath Babu "She (Sneha) is one of those few actresses who can emote with their eyes. Producer Deva Kumar is one of the few producers who are trying to make sensible films that benefit the society".

"Love and selfishness cannot co exist" producer Deva Kumar Reddy said "that is the concept of Manasu Palike Mounaragam. Only a person who is selfish less can love another person. We are attempting to show another perspective of human relations and values. We want to show what true love is. Director Nagabhushan is a very sincere person with a good taste in films. Sneha is the only person who can portray the role of the protagonist. Vikramaditya, a Mumbaikar, has already acted in a couple of Tamil films. Music director Radhakrishnan has provided some very melodious tunes". He also informed that the film will be completed by this August and will most probably see a September release.

Music director K.M.Radhakrishnan said that he has composed six different tunes for this film, ranging from semi classical to western beats.
