The unit of Poramboku, a Tollywood Talkies production starring Navdeep and Ektha Khosla, directed by Srinivasa and produced by Sindhura Puvvu Krishna Reddy, interacted with the media at a press meet arranged by the production house, to talk about the film's progress.

"Poramboku is two hours of entertainment and a half hour of sentiment" producer Sindhura Puvvu Krishna Reddy said "We are planning to release the audio in the coming month and the film in January 2007. Manisharma scored six excellent songs for Poramboku".

"The title Poramboku justifies the story subject" writer Ramesh-Gopi said "it tells the story of a village boy who comes to the city to prove himself".

"The hero is not a useless fellow as the title, Poramboku, suggests" director Srinivas (of Ninu Choodaka Nenundalenu fame). "Through this film we want to convey the message that anybody can achieve success if they work towards what there are interested in and set a goal for them selves."
