Josh Success Meet

Naga Chaitanya-Karthika’s debut film ‘Josh’, directed by Vasu Varma and produced by Dil Raju under Sri Venkateswara Creations banner was released worldwide today. On the occasion the unit arranged a success meet at the film’s production office. Dil Raju, Akkineni Nagarjuna, Naga Chaitanya, Vasu Varma, JD Chakravarthy, Radha and Karthika participated in the meet.

Addressing the media personal Dil Raju said, “Josh as a storyline is much youth oriented. Majority of people claim it to be a grand success while some say it is above average. Since this movie has been released when the entire AP is reeling under loss of the beloved CM, it will take sometime for the movie to reach the public. Naga Chaitanya under Vasu Varma’s direction really did very well and I thank the audience who have made it a grand success.”

Nagarjuna said, “As expected the movie got clicked very well among the audience. And it’s very interesting to see Naga Chaitanya in his role which attracted my father who saw the movie twice till now. No doubt Dil Raju was a bit tensed while making this movie fearing the brand image of my father who is known to the industry since 60 years. Dil Raju’s this tension is really justified, not to say of my prayers and of course my tension too. My special thanks to Karthika who showed immense maturity even in her first film itself.”
JD Chakri was so jovial in his comments and said, “Probably I am the first person to be thrashed by the father as well as son in different movies. I did a role with Nagarjuna in ‘Shiva’ and now with Naga Chaitanya in ‘Josh’. Naga Chaitanya’s acting in this movie is really very good.”

Naga Chaitanya while speaking, “I saw the movie in a theater and was very happy to see the audience enjoying thoroughly. Their reaction was very entertaining in the first half and the whole of second half they were glued to the edge of their seats. I thank them for making my first movie their favourite.”

Director Vasu Varma said that he is associated with Dil Raju for quite a few years and said that it was his honour to direct the debut movie of Nagarjuna’s son.

Karthika, the daughter of yeateryear’s heroine Radha conveyed her sincere thanks to the audience for making her debut movie a hit.
