Swamy Manikanta Audio Release

The audio release function of ‘Swamy Manikanta’ was released through Jungly Music of Times Music Company on Sunday at Golconda Hotel. MS Reddy graced the function and released the audio CD. The first copy of it was received by President of Directors Association N Shankar. The audio CD of Malayalam version was released by Tammareddy Bharadwaja.

On the occasion MS Reddy while speaking, “Kaushik’s father is a good journalist and a good human as well. He always choose to go in a right path and raised his family with that discipline. When I first saw Kaushik in Ayyappa get up, I got a feeling that Ayyappa looks like him.”

Describing about the film’s subject director Vijesh Mani said, “This film speaks about the truth of Makara Jyothy and few more true incidents which many do not believe. The shooting was held from Pochampalli to Guruvayur in Kerala and Pampa to Dwajasthambam. Manu Ramesh provided good musical scores with vocals from notable singers. The film also has a strong child sentiment.” Speaking further he said that the producer TKR Nayar believes that during the time of disturbances in the State, by releasing this audio the God’s power will make the circumstances better.

Kaushik Babu while speaking, “I feel very proud for having acted with senior actors. Master Atulith gave a brilliant performance inspite of getting injuries during the shooting time.”

Tammareddy Bharadwaja said that making a devotional film in five languages like Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada and English is a real challenge to the makers.

There are altogether 10 songs in the film. While Kaushik Babu essays the role of Swamy Manikanta, Sai Kiran too plays a vital role. Vijesh Mani directs the film.
