Writer J K Bharavi is turning director with the devotional film ‘Sri Jagadguru Aadi Sankara’. Nara Jaya Sridevi will produce the film under Global Peace Creators banner. The film was launched in a grand manner at Prasad Labs today (April 4th). Akkineni Nagarjuna graced the function and tapped the clap board while K Raghavendra Rao switched on the camera for the muhurat shot on child artists. The launching ceremony was attended by Brahmakumari and Sachidananda Swamiji.
Later J K Bharavi spoke to the media and said, “Srihari and his son are playing important roles in this film. His son’s role is like a weapon. There are altogether 16 songs in the film for which Naga Raju rendered excellent tunes. I thank each and every technician who is working for this film. We will shoot a scene here tomorrow and then move on to Kerala followed by pilgrimages that Shankaracharya visited. One of the top heroes and heroines will play vital roles in this film. 10 directors are going to assist me to shoot this film. A Telugu guy Vasu, who is a big hero in Kannada will also play a role in this movie.”
