Telugammayi Audio Release

Saloni starrer ‘Telugammayi’ is being directed by Raja Vannemreddy and produced by Vanapalli Babu Rao under Vaishnavi Movies banner. Chegondi Hariramajogayya and Karatam Rambabu are the presenters. The audio CDs were released by Dr Dasari Narayana Rao in Prasad Labs yesterday. Kodi Ramakrishna received the first CD. Other guests include Sunil, Sai Kumar, Saloni, B Gopal, Vandemataram Srinivas, Yashwanth, Saichand, Vikram, Harsha, M S Narayana, Kondavalasa, Raja Vannemreddy, MLA Nani, Vanapalli Baburao, Chegondi Hariramajogayya, Vasu, Gauthamraju, Shafi, Ananth Sriram, Rajendra Kumar, Dayanand, etc.

Kodi Ramakrishna said, “I appreciate the producers for coming forward to make one such film. Even though our country has become independent, women have no secured life. Many good films have come in the combination of writers Rajendra Kumar and Raja Vannemreddy. It appears as if Saloni has come to replace Soundarya in the film industry. I request Dasari Narayana Rao garu to make efforts to reduce the ticket prices for the sake of small films.”

Dr Dasari Narayana Rao said, “I appreciate Babu Rao garu and Hari Ramajogayya garu for courageously making one such film at the time of the Telugu cinema industry being unpredictable. Hari Ramajogayya is a good producer. It is not a joke for him to make a film like ‘Bangaru Thalli’ in those days. He earned good reputed in film industry than in politics. He never made films with stars but made with good artists. The title ‘Telugammayi’ has Telugu nativity whereas now a days we hardly find titles in Telugu. The Tamil Nadu government implemented a rule that no title should be non-Tamil. The story of ‘Telugammayi’ is very interesting. The heroine is very lucky to do the role. I appreciate her for agreeing to do the pakka Telugu traditional girl. Director Raja Vannemreddy is the production manager with whose money I made the film ‘Aadivaram Aadavallaku Selavu Kavali’. He will definitely become a good commercial director in the near future. Coming to music Vandemataram Srinivas is a talented music director. ‘Osey Ramulamma’ music which was composed by him was the highest number cassettes sold out in the market. He is going to do a full-fledged musical film shortly. Rajendra Kumar also wrote dialogues for my film. I wish this movie will bring good name to all the artists and technicians who have worked for this film. I wish someone will take a movie with Sunil titled ‘Telugabbai’. Ananth Sriram is a good lyricist. He is such a talented person that he has the capacity to match the standards of Veturi garu. I wish a good success for the film.”

Sunil said, “I saw Raja Vannemreddy photo as best actor in my Bheemavaram College book. It was he who invited me into films. I’m one among those who wish to see his success. I wish this film will become a grand success. ‘Telugammayi’ is the song in my film ‘Maryada Ramanna’. I’m very happy that the title of this film has been taken from that song’s pallavi. I like the music of Vandemataram Srinivas.”

Saloni said, “I’m very happy to have worked for the film ‘Telugammayi’. I thank my director and producer for trusting me and giving me this opportunity. The music as well as the lyrics are aptly suitable for this film. The courage of Telugammayi can be seen through my character in this film. This is a must watch film for everyone.”

Ananth Sriram said, “The lyrics are very prominent in the film ‘Telugammayi’. The songs of ‘Telugammayi’ are the director’s taste and music director’s choice. ‘Telugammayi’ will showcase the courage of a Telugu girl. I thank my director and producer for giving me the opportunity to write the lyrics for this film.”

Hari Ramajogayya who is presenting the film said, “Babu Rao is an industrialist who owns rice mills and power projects in West Godavari district. When asked why he entered the film industry, he replied saying that he succeeded in all his businesses, hence came to film industry as he is presently not in any political party. Raja Vannemreddy is a pakka mass director and I’m a pakka class producer. Therefore one half of the film is mass and the other is class. Therefore this movie will entertain both the classes. I’m confident that this film will definitely run for 100 days. The story of ‘Telugammayi’ is on the backdrop of all three regions of Andhra Pradesh. This movie can be watched by the entire family members together. Saloni’s character is very entertaining in the first half, and make the audience drip tears in the second half. Sai Kumar gave excellent performance in the second half. The audience will enjoy watching Shafi’s role in this film. Vandemataram Srinivas provided excellent music. My nephew Ananth Sriram penned lyrics for all the songs in this film.”

Karatam Rambabu said, “The director crafted the movie very well. Right now there is too much piracy in the industry. If we do not eradicate the piracy, such films will face lot of problems. I was an exhibitor before I turned producer, hence I know the problems we face due to piracy. It’s the director’s talent to show a Hindi girl as a Telugu girl. Sai Kumar’s performance is excellent.”

Producer Vanampalli Babu Rao said, “I made this film with the encouragement given by Dasari Narayana Rao garu. My association with the director has led me to make this film. I’m confident that I would be producing more successful films in the near future. Sai Kumar is an asset to this film. I thank my entire team on this occasion. I expect the audience to watch and enjoy this film.”

Director Raja Vannemreddy said, “I’m hoping that we will get the fruitful results for our efforts. Hari Ramajogayya garu has good taste for films. Industrialist Vanapalli Babu Rao garu liked my script and agreed to do this film. Vandemataram Srinivas provided very good music. Likewise cameraman Vasu’s hardwork will be seen on the screen. Ananth Sriram penned aptly suitable lyrics. Saloni is a wonderful actress who does her work with great enthusiasm. I’m sure she will get an award for this film.”
All others also spoke on the dais and wished for the success of audio and the film.
