Sri Ramarajyam Press Meet

Nandamuri Balakrishna, Akkineni Nageswara Rao, Nayantara, Srikanth and Saikumar starrer ‘Sri Ramarajyam’ is all set to hit theaters worldwide on November 10th. The film is being directed by the veteran director K Baapu and produced by Yalamanchi Sai Babu under Sri Saibaba Movies banner. A press meet was held at Film Nagar Cultural Centre in Hyderabad in where Balakrishna, director Baapu, producer Yalamanchi Saibabu and co-director Srinivas spoke to the media.

Producer Sai Babu said, “We have completed the film as per the scheduled time. Balakrishna garu will announce the release date. The audio is getting very good response. We are confident that the movie will definitely reach the audience’s expectations. Ilayaraja garu has completed the re-recording work recently. It progressed for about 10 days in Chennai and for a week in Mumbai. The Hungarian orchestra is working for this film. Hence Ilayaraja garu will go to Hungary to complete the remaining re-recording work. Balakrishna garu received Nandi award while this film was progressing and Nageswara Rao garu received the Padmabhushan award. I consider it as a positive sign for this film. Ramoji Film City supported us a lot for making this film grandly. We are very confident about this film. We started this film with the blessings of Lord. The film got the aptly suitable cast and crew. The shooting also went on smoothly with cooperation of all unit members. Baapu and Ramana discussed and made the lyricist write the songs as per their requirements. The songs are very catchy. We are planning to meet the media on November 1st in Kurnool.”

Addressing the media in the press meet Balakrishna said, “We are also eagerly waiting for the release of ‘Sri Ramarajyam’ along with audience because the movie’s output has immensely satisfied us. I can say that it is the painting of Baapu garu. The producer also made the film without compromising in any department. The Telugu audience will definitely watch and encourage good films. Hence he made this film courageously. Initially we thought of releasing the film for Dusserra but due to the progress of graphics work and final mixing work we decided to release the film on November 10th, the auspicious day of Gurupournami. This is my first film with Baapu garu and I’ve learnt many things while working with him.”
