Independent of their caste and creed, everyone can worship god and seek his blessings- This is what His Highness Jagadguruvulu Bhagavath Ramanujulu preached. Bhagavath Ramanujulu is the descendant of Aadiseshulu. To bless heavenly wisdom to everyone on earth, with the order of Srimannarayanudu, Aadiseshulu himself has incarnated as Bhagavath Ramanujulu at Sriperumbudur in Thundarimandalam. He is a great social reformer, who implemented numerous reforms right from Kashmir to Kanyakumari. Now, commemorating his millennium celebrations, Apararamanujulu Sri Sri Sri Tridandi Srimannarayana Ramanuja Chinna Jeeyar Swami has planned to enshrine the 200 feet statue of Bhagavath Ramanujulu near Shamshabad.
Similarly, to let everyone in the present generation to know about his great deeds, Sri Bhashyakara Siddhantha Peetadhipathulu Anantha Sri Vibhushitha Sriramachandra Ramanuja Jeeyar Swami has made a film titled ‘Sangasamskartha Bhagavath Ramanujulu’ on Amrutha Creations banner. Audio launch function of the film was held at Shilpa Kala Vedika in Hyderabd on July 30. The audio launch has happened amidst so many great gurus. CDs were launched with the blessings of Sri Sri Sri Tridandi Srimannarayana Ramanuja Chinna Jeeyar Swami. Later a press meet was held. Govindadasavahini members, Anantha Sri Swamivaru, Swamivari chief secretary Sriman D Kalyan Chakravarthy, Sri Bhashyakara Siddhantha Peetham president Indukuri Prasada Rammohanraju, Anjayya Yadav, producer Jamuna Reddy, director Majula Suroju, Govindadasavahini president Jakka Raghunandan Reddy and Peeta vice-president Sriman Alluri Narayana Rajulu have graced the event.
Sri Sri Sri Anantha Sri Vibhushitha Sriramachandra Jeeyar Swami said, “Commemorating Bhagavath Ramanujulu millennium celebrations, a film is being made to let everyone in the present generation know about his great deeds. 1000 years before itself his guru has preached that everyone can attain a heavenly wisdom and he let everyone know his guru’s words. He was very generous. He is a social reformer who opened the doors of temples for harijan and stood as role model. Everyone has a statue, but such a great social reformer like Bhagavath Ramanujulu has no statue. Now, commemorating his millennium celebrations, Apararamanujulu Sri Sri Sri Tridandi Srimannarayana Ramanuja chinna Jeeyar Swami we are planning to enshrine the 200 feet statue of Bhagavath Ramanujulu near Shamshabad.”
Sri Sri Sri Tridandi Srimannarayana Ramanuja chinna Jeeyar Swami said, “Everyone who wants to win in his life will definitely take inspiration from his gurus (Teacher). Lord Srikrishna also learned good things from his guru. Life has no meaning without guru. Bhagavatha Ramanujulu is the role model for all such gurus. I’m very happy that his life is being projected in the form of film to everyone. It has given me immense happiness when Anantha Sri Swamivaru told me that he is producing this film. Bhagavath Ramanujulu is the guru of Jagannadhudu. He told that god is one. At the age of 102 he has been to Tirupathi and suggested how the Temple should be and also preached how the human should be and also preached that there is no need of cast system and every human is equal in the society. But we don’t find this now. We have got a wonderful prime minister and I hope that Andhra Pradesh will become Swarnandhra Pradesh. He also told how to respect others. He saw almighty in a statue and therefore believed that temples are the centre for society. That’s why he has become social reformer. I appreciate director and producer for making the film ‘Sangasamskartha Bhagavath Ramanujulu’.”
Sri Sri Sri Tridandi Ahobila Ramanuja Jeeyar Swami said, “This audiois to preach great deeds of the great guru Bhagavatha Ramanujulu. I appreciate and congratulate who is part of this wonderful program.”
Director Manjula Suroju said, “To see so many great gurus on a single stage is making me feel that as if I’m looking at Bhagavath Ramanujulu garu. We are projecting Bhagavath Ramanujulu garu life in the form of film. He is a social reformer who opened the doors of temples for harijan. This film is nothing but his great deeds. Thota Venkataramana garu has provided excellent cinematography. PJ Naidu’s music will become big plus to the film.”
On this occasion, Ghazal Srinivas said, “I’m thankful to the director and producers for giving me the opportunity to play Srimannarayana role.”
Surya Bhagavan, Anurag, Annapurnamma, Ashok Kumar, Rajasri, Soujanya, Rajitha and Giri and some others are part of the film.
