Dammu Success Meet

Young tiger NTR, Trisha and Karthika starrer ‘Dhammu’, directed by Boyapati Sreenu and produced by Alexander Vallabha was released yesterday. K S Rama Rao is the presenter. On the eve of the film getting positive reviews, the film’s unit organised a success meet today.

Boyapati Sreenu said, “As I told earlier ‘Dhammu’ attracted the family audience. The movie made the family audience emotional. NTR’s performance was such that those who saw the film wanted a son like him in every family. Trisha and Karthika did cent percent justice to their roles. I thank all my technicians and my special thanks to the audience for once again giving me such a huge success after ‘Simha’.”

Presenter K S Rama Rao said, “Dhammu was released worldwide with 1400 prints and impressed the audience as well as the Nandamuri fans. The box-office collections were Rs 12-13 crores while in AP it’s Rs 9 crores share. ‘Dhammu’ has not only attracted the mass audience but all kinds of audiences. NTR’s performance is the highlight. He touched the audience’s heart with his performance. Boyapati’s direction is superb. The ‘Ruler’ song got good feedback. We are very happy to see the success of this film in Boyapati Sreenu and NTR combination. I’m now confident that my son, who made his debut as producer through this film will stabilize in the industry. I thank the entire audience of Andhra Pradesh for making the film a big hit.”
