Gabbar Singh Success Meet

Shruti Haasan who sizzled with Pawan Kalyan in the sensational hit film ‘Gabbar Singh’, directed by Harish Shankar and produced by Ganesh Bandla under Parameshwara Arts banner, is riding high on success with her role in the film. On this happy occasion she organised a press meet and spoke to the media about her success.

Giving her opinion on Pawan Kalyan, Shruti said, “It’s a great experience and an unforgettable feeling working with Pawan Kalyan. He is very down to earth and supporting person. He is also hardworking and intelligent man. He is a good co-artist. I’ve learnt many new things from him. I’m really happy to see the success in our combination.”

About director she commented, “Harish Shankar is a great film-maker and is the best amongst the directors I worked so far. His style of film-making is different.”

About her character she said, “For the first time in my film career I essayed the pure Telugu girl character and is seen as a girl from a conservative family. This character is sure to help me grow as an actor. My dad who is busy in the US is yet to watch the film. He saw the songs on internet and appreciated them. My personal choice of songs is ‘Ye Pilla’ and ‘Dil Se’. Devisri is a superb music director who knows the pulse of the audience.”

She concluded saying, “I will choose any film that will have a good story. I will reveal my upcoming projects soon. I take this opportunity to thank my director and producer for giving me a wonderful chance to be part of this super hit film. I’m very happy to see the grand success of ‘Gabbar Singh’.”

Producer Bandla Ganesh also spoke to the media and announced that he would organised a grand success meet very soon. He also informed that those who help in killing piracy will be felicitated by Pawan Kalyan on the dais of ‘Gabbar Singh’ success celebration. He also announced Shruti Haasan will be the heroine in his next film also.

“Shruti’s gave a tremendous performance in the role of a village girl. This is her first film on village backdrop. She worked hard and took enough care regarding the songs. I also thank her for being the part of the film’s success”, said director Harish Shankar.
