Race Press Meet

‘Race’ starring Vikram, Karthik, Disha Pandey and Nikitha Narayan in lead roles is in final leg of shooting. Ramesh Raparthi is making his directorial debut through ‘Race’ which is produced by Anne Ravi on Anand Cine Chitra banner. A press meet was held today to brief about the details of the shooting progress. Heroes Vikram, Karthik, Bharat Kishore, director Ramesh Raparthi and producer Anne Ravi participated in the press meet.

Speaking to the media producer Anne Ravi said, “I started my career as a journalist and established this banner ‘Anand Cine Chitra’ and produced ‘Race’ introducing a new director. The story of ‘Race’ is about three guys who land-up in Bangkok for a bachelor party. What kind of changes did they see in their lives after going to Bangkok is the film all about? The entire shooting is complete except a song. We shot the film for 40 days in Bangkok. We will be planning to shoot the last song also in Bangkok which we will be going there tomorrow. Shankar dialogues will appear similar to Trivikram’s dialogues. Vivek Sagar and Sanjay’s music is excellent. We are planning to release the audio next month. I thank Anand Prasad of Bhavya Creations for his cooperation. I wish that the audience will watch and enjoy my first attempt ‘Race’.”

Director Ramesh said, “Race is a full-fledged comedy entertainer which would make the audience laugh for 2 hours.”

Hero Vikram said, “After ‘Manasara’, I took lot of gap and coming up with this film. It’s a good opportunity for me. We worked hard for this film for 2 years. However, the final output is great after the completion of the shooting. There are 5 fabulous songs in the film which will be released shortly.”

Bharat Kishore and Karthik also expressed their joy and thanked their director and producer.
