Bari Press Meet

Jiiva and Thulasi (Maniratnam’s Kadali fame) starrer ‘Bari’ is the Telugu/Tamil film being produced by S Elred Kumar and Jayaram Reddy under R S Infotainment Pvt. Ltd. Cinematographer Ravi K Chandran turned director to direct this film. Mega Supergood Films Pvt. Ltd. is the presenter. A press meet was held at the shooting location on December 26th, that’s near Golconda Tombs in Hyderabad. Director cum cinematographer Ravi K Chandran, hero Jiiva, Dr Srihari, producer S Elred Kumar, presenter Paras Jain, Vanamali and others participated.

Jiiva said, “I’m very happy to work with a good team and that too in Telugu and Tamil at the same time. It’s very thrilling to deliver the Telugu dialogues. This is my 4th in the combination of producer Elred Kumar. It’s a romantic action entertainer. Karthika’s sister Thulasi is playing the female lead role in this film.”

Dr Srihari said, “I could visualize the film while the director was narrating the story. Jiiva is a committed actor. This movie will be in our combination. I’m very happy to work with a technician like Ravi, who is the pride of India.”

Producer S Elred Kumar said, This is a love cum action entertainer which is being canned in Hyderabad, Mumbai and foreign locales with top technicians working for the film. “I’m producing this film once again with ‘Rangam’ team and I hope this movie will be a bigger hit than ‘Rangam’.”

Director Ravi K Chandran said, “We are shooting the film in new locations with high budget. Right now few scenes are being shot in Hyderabad in Telugu and Tamil as well. I’m very happy to get introduced to the Telugu film industry through this film.”

Paras Jain said, “Bari is being made in Telugu and Tamil languages. The movie is produced by ‘Rangam’ producer with high budget. Cameraman Ravi K Chandran, who is the pride of India is directing this film. He was one of the reasons for the success of ‘Rangam’. Harris Jayraj is composing wonderful music. Shooting is presently progressing at Golkonda Tombs. We are very happy to note that the Telugu version has Dr Srihari garu and Tanikella Bharani garu.”
