Mahankali Press Meet

Dr Rajasekhar’s ‘Mahankali’ with a tagline ‘The Punisher’ is directed by Jeevitha Rajasekhar and jointly produced by Surender Reddy and A Paramdhama Reddy under Anjeri Arts banner.

Jeevitha said, “Msny were against the title ‘Mahankali’ with the sentimental reason of facing hurdles to release the film. Yet we did not take it serious till we had a bad experience. Still several elders have opined that the film would become a big hit. I’m sure that the film will definitely 210 percent become a big hit. We are planning to release the film in February. This movie will be a feast to the fans who are worried that none of Rajasekhar’s films are releasing for the past couple of years. We have dealt with the subject like Delhi rape case long ago. Many incidents which we made into films are truly happening in the society. I thank Ashok garu for helping us in releasing this film.”

Ashok said, “All movies that portrayed Rajasekhar as inspector have become super hits. ‘Mahankali’ is releasing on a happy note despite facing lot of hurdles. There is a saying called Fair in love and war. So war ended and love began.”
