‘Nisha’ starring Kiran, Ananya, Kalyan, Sashank, Narsingh Srinivas, Satish, Vicky and Abhiram in central roles is directed by J Dhanraj. Ramana Gaddam is composing the music and producing the film the audio of which was launched at Narayanamma college in Hyderabad on Monday, the 3rd February. The audio CDs were released by the college students.
Director of Narayanamma College said, “It’s a fact that the girls have no safety these days. Similar is the case with political leaders and police officers who can’t step out without bodyguards. The main reason for it is the society where parents question their daughters when they are about to leave the house while at the same time they never bother to ask their sons even when they come home late. The society will change only when both son and daughter are treated equally. Eveyone should feel responsible for the society.”
Director Ramana Gaddam said, “I lived in the US for 10 years. Those who make crimes will be punished severely. The girl will suffer mentally as well as physically when she is raped. Our film shows exactly how a girl will be raped by four guys physically and how the police torcher her mentally and how the girl takes revenge on them. Most of them are thinking that we have shot the film after the Delhi rape case incident. But we shot the film even before that. The film will have three songs of which the lyrics of one song is a mix of Hindi, English and Telugu. Any guy who would watch our film will fear to tease a girl.”
Kiran said, “I’ve been in the film for the past 10 years but this is my first film as hero. I’m playing a powerful police officer role. It would be interesting to watch how I fought against injustice.”
“We felt that we are going to provide a good message oriented film after the director narrated the first line. The movie has been completed”, commented producer K Dhanraj.
Other artists in supporting roles are Narsingh, Srinivas, Anu, Satish, Vicky, Abhiram, Raju T, etc.
