Singam (Yamudu 2) Trailer Launch

‘Singham’ is the title for Surya-Anushka-Hansika starrer movie. Part I of this film was titled ‘Yamudu’ and its sequel is titled ‘Singham’. Hari is directing this movie in Tamil and Telugu. Devisri Prasad is providing the musical scores. The trailer of Telugu version was released on Wednesday in Hyderabad. Surya and Anushka participated in the event. Surya said, “Yamudu was the milestone film in my career. It has widened my market. Now I’m coming out with its sequel ‘Singham’. The role of police officer is very responsible. Hence we have enquired several police officers to design this character. The screenplay will attract the audience. Action episodes are the main strength. We have shot the entire film for 140 days of which it took 70 days to shoot the action scenes. Few international artists also worked as villains in this film.”

Anushka said, “Singham is a mix of emotions and action in equal amount. I’m always happy to work with Surya.”

Producer S Lakshman Kumar announced the film’s release date as June 28th. According to him the audio of Telugu version will be released on June 14.
