Baby Doll Muhurat

Hashika Dutt is trying her hands at direction with a film ‘Baby Doll’. She also plays the female lead in the film. Taj Mohammed is producing the film on Rising Sun Films banner with Manas as hero. The film was launched on December 28 at Annapurna Studios in Hyderabad. Co-director Jagadish Palli sounded the clap board, while Satyanarayana switche on the camera. Later a press meet was held. Hero Manas, heroine cum director Hashika Dutt, producer Taj Mohammed, cinematographer Raghava Nuleti, music director Munna Kasi and dialogue writer Ravishankar Parri and some others were present at the press meet.

Heroine cum director Hashika Dutt said, “The film dwells about how guys dream about their future wife. We have given the title ‘Baby Doll’ for Telugu. Tamil version is being made with Tamil artists. Shooting will take place simultaneously in both the languages. We are making the film as full length entertainer. I’m sre the film will have wonderful scenes and dialogues which the youth will look for. We are planning to shoot the entire film in Nellore. Regular shooting will start from January 8. After considering few names, Manas came on board as he fitted the role perfectly. I’m sure Manas will earn good name through this film.”

Hero Manas said, “I was very impressed by the script. The film will have out ad out entertainment. Usually hero character will dominate the heroine character. But in this film, heroine has ample scope to perform. My character has also equal space. As a child artist I did many films. I did hero role even. I hope the ‘Baby Doll’ will give a break as hero to me.”

Music director Munna Kasi said, “Hashika is my friend. I’m very happy that apart from playing the female lead, she is directing the film. The film will have 5 songs. Songs are going for recording in this week. Each and every song will be in different genre.”

On this occasion, cinematographer Raghava Nuleti said, “I was very much impressed by the script and immediately accepted to do this film. ‘Baby Doll’ poster is very unique. I’m very confident that the film will stand out as a different film.”

Dialogue writer Ravishankar Parri said, “I would like to thank Hashika garu for giving me the wonderful opportunity to pen dialogues. Each and every dialogue in the film will impress the youth. ‘Baby doll’ will connect to the youth.”

Manas and Hashika are the lead cast. The film has ensemble line-up of veterans like Naresh, Brahmanandam, Rao Ramesh, Sampoornesh Babu, Tagubotu Ramesh, Sapthagiri, Sitara, Poornima, Bhagyaraj, Samudhrakani, Sathish, Imran Anachi, Mottam Rajendran and some others.
