Singham Audio Release

Surya, Anushka and Hansika starrer ‘Singam’ audio was launched at Shilpa Kala Vedika in Hyderabad on Sunday evening. Surya’s brother Karthi released the first song, Lakshman Kukar, the second song, Hari the third, Sashank released fourth song and Anushka the last one. While Surya released the theatrical trailer, Srinu Vaitla released the first audio CD. Prince Pictures is dubbing the film in Telugu which will be presented by K E Gnanavel on Studio Green banner. The film is directed by Hari with musical scores by Devisri Prasad. The songs were released through Gemini Music company. Surya, Karthi, Anushka and Sreenu Vaitla were the prominent guests in the audio launch function. Anchor Jhansi hosted the event.

Srinu Vaitla while speaking, “All those who worked for this film are well deserved persons. I like Surya a lot. He is a big star now. His hardwork has brought him up to this level. Along with acting skills, he has immense knowledge on the subject. Going by Aamir Khan doing the ‘Gajini’ movie, one can understand Surya capability. This film should become a bigger hit than ‘Yamudu’. Hari’s pace is so unbelievable that he never bores audience in any frame. Devisri rendered good tunes and re-recording.”

Addressing the audience Surya said, “Without you I’m not here. I thank all of you for encouraging me. You have made ‘Yamudu’ a big hit. Thank you all very much. It’s you who have made me proud in front of my family members. This is a good film. Devisri Prasad rendered super hit songs. I need everybody’s love. I thank all real life police.”

Karthi said, “You have made ‘Yamudu’ a big hit, This film has double power pack in it. The first half of this film should become double hit. After watching brother’s ‘Singam’, I too wanted to wear a Khakhi uniform.”

Anushka said, “Thanks to Studio Green and ‘Singam’ unit members. Hari did a greater job in this film than ‘Singam 1’. This movie is extraordinary when it comes to emotions. I feel glad for working with the same team of Singam 1’.”

Ramajogayya Sastry said, “While working with Kamal Haasan garu at the time of ‘Manmada Baanam’ he told me, “I get scared of youngsters. They are physically torchuring for the sake of films. Sometimes when I see people like Surya I feel is that much dedication so necessary?” Surya’s dedication is so much that he deserves that big compliment. I’ve been observing Devisri closely for the past 10 days. He hardly sleeps for two hours in a day.”

Producer Lakshman Kumar said, “Singam is my first film. I am making my debut through Prince Pictures. I thank Surya and Hari. I’m sure the songs in this film will definitely become big hits. Karthi and Gnanavel Raja have given me big support.”

Director Hari said, “Singam is my 12th film. This is my fourth film with Surya and Devisri. There will be a different dimension from ‘Yamudu’ to ‘Singam’. It’s 100% commercial film with lot of logic. Everyone worked with passion. So their hardwork will be seen in every frame of the film. I will guarantee that the film will be an outstanding one.”

Devisri Prasad said, “I thank everyone for making ‘Yamudu’ a big hit. I also thank Hari, Surya and Gnanavel Raja. ‘Singam’ has become a brand. The movie was a hit in Hindi too. I thank the entire unit members and my music team.”

Lyricist Sahiti said, “Singam is a power packed film along with sentiment.

Hari did a great research on police department. Devisri gave energetic tunes. All songs are very active. There are songs with same tunes but two different shades. I wrote an item song and a song about police’s inner nature.”

Dialogues writer Sashank Vennelakanti said, “I enjoyed writing punch dialogues for this film. My journey with Surya started with ‘Gajini’. I’m glad that it’s still continuing in their banner.”

Sagar, B A Raju, Gemini Saranya, Swetha Mohan, Nanda Kumar, Priya Himesh, Sharmila, Suchit Suresan and others also participated in the audio function.
