Oka Manasu Audio Release

Audio launch event of Mega Brother Nagababu’s daughter Mega heiress Niharika Konidela’s debut film ‘Oka Manasu’ was a star studded affair held in Hyderabad. Sunil Kashyap has given musical scores.

Allu Aravind, Ram Charan Tej, Stylish star Allu Arjun, Sai Dharam Tej, Naga Shourya, Niharika, Varun Tej, Nagababu, Sunil Kashyap, Tammareddy Bharadwaja, Ramajogayya Sastry, Raghurama krishnam Raju, B Gopal, Shyam Prasad Reddy, Avasarala Srinivas, Sridhar, Ravi Prakash and some others have graced the event.

Mega Power Star Ram Charan launched the audio CDs by presenting the first CD to Nagababu.

Prominent News Channel TV9 as presenter, the film is being made with Madhura Sridhar Reddy as producer under Madhura Entertainment banner. Niharika Konidela is making her debut as heroine opposite Young hero Naga Shourya. Rama Raju, who carved an amazing love story ‘Mallela Theeram Lo Sirimalle Puvvu’, has handled the direction department with the intention to bring another new love story.

Speaking on the occasion, Allu Aravind said, “Usually we won’t find heroines in Telugu, but Nagababu has taken a bold step and made Niharika as a heroine. I wish all the best to Naga Shourya, director and producers and to the entire team.”

Mega Power Star Ram Charan said, “I am thankful to the director and producers who felt that Niharika will fit into that role and casted her as heroine. I always thought who would be the co-star for Niha, but fortunately it is handsome like Naga Shourya who is her co-star. Naga Shourya is a perfect Telugu guy. Music is very soothing. We welcome Niharika to the Telugu film industry.”

Speaking on the occasion, Nagababu said, “I am glad that Rama Raju garu and producer have given a good subject to Niharika. It’s a good sign that News channel like TV9 has ventured into film industry. All the heroes from our family have encouraged her for entering into the film industry as heroine. Sunil Kashyap has given wonderful music. I wish all the best to the entire team of ‘Oka Manasu’.”

Addressing the gathering, Stylish Star Allu Arjun said, “I wish all the best to Niha. Now if you want me to talk about power star, firstly, there is a set of Power star fans who are troubling us by shouting out power star’s name loudly and because of this I am no comfortable talking about him on the stage. There is nothing wrong in shouting out their fan’s name, but it should be like disturbance. Director spends some hundreds of days and hundreds of crores to make a film and they want to talk about the film on the stage and we should allow them to talk about their product. We should not disturb them by shouting out slogans on Power Star. Friends, that is not correct. You are shouting out Power star’s name in the audio functions of other heroes and it is even a big mistake. We should respect the fans of other heroes also. Pawan kalyan has told it many times that Mega Star is the whole and sole reason for his stardom. Disturbing Chiranjeevi while talking on the stage is a very big mistake. From then on I have decided not to talk about Power Star on the stage even after insisting. After Chiranjeevi, Pawan Kalyan is the one I adore and I stop talking about him on the stage to avoid controversy, but my silence has created a bigger controversy. The comments which my fans and Pawan fans made on ourselves on social media are were off the standard. I hope fans won’t misunderstand me.”

Speaking at the audio launch event, director Rama Raju shared, “Working for this film is a wonderful experience. ‘Oka Manasu’ is an ensemble effort. I never wanter to make another film after ‘Mallela Theeram Lo Sirimalle Puvvu’. But I have changed my opinion with the support of Chandra Mohan garu, Seetharamaraju garu, Brahma and producers Ravi Prakash garu, Dr Krishna Bhat, Murthy garu and Sridhar Reddy. I am thankful to Niharika and Naga Shourya for accepting to act for this film. Sunil Kashyap has given excellent music. Ramjogayya Sastry garu and Bhaskara Bhatla garu have given wonderful lyrics. I have presented Niha in a respectable way. I wish Nisha will stand out as another Savitri.”

Naga Shourya said, “We have wrapped up the film in quick time. I was very impressed by the script narrated by Rama Raju garu. Sunil Kashyap, Ramajogayya Sastry and Bhasakara Bhatla have given a wonderful music album. I heard about Savitri garu and I am a big fan of Soundarya garu and Anushka garu. I confidently say that Niharika is perfectly apt to lady oriented films after them. ‘Oka manasu’ will stand out forever in the hearts of Telugu audience like ‘Geetanjali’ and ‘Sagara Sangamam’. I am thankful to the director and producers and to the entire team.”

“My father told us that Dad (Chiranjeevi) has waked on thorns and laid a better path for us. My brothers have already walked on his path and now I have started walking. We made the film as pure as mother’s love. I wish and hope that everyone will encourage us by making the film a big success,” said Niharika.

Music director Sunil Kashyap said, “This is my second film with mega family. Working for ‘Oka Manasu’ is a wonderful experience. I am thankful to the director Rama Raju garu and producers for selecting as music director for this wonderful film.”

Producer Madhura Sridhar Reddy said, “All love stories of Telugu films are hired from other languages. Rama Raju has provided an amazing story which belongs to the Telugu industry. ‘Oka Manasu’ is a pure love story.”
