Ramayya Vasthavayya Audio Release

Hyderabad saw the much awaited grand audio launch of NTR-Samantha-Shruti Haasan’s ‘Ramayya Vasthavayya’ on Saturday night. The star-studded event was hosted by anchor Jhansi. Each song was released by a director and a producer like the first song by Bellamkonda Suresh and Santosh Srinivas, the second song by Koratala Shiva and KL Narayana, the third song by BVSN Prasad and Gopichand Malineni, the fourth by Burugupalli Sivaramakrishna and Vamsi Paidipalli, fifth song by VV Vinayak and DVV Danayya and the sixth by Rajamouli and Ram Achanta. VV Vinayak released the audio CD and presented it to SS Rajamouli. ‘Ramayya Vasthavayya’ is Harish Shankar’s upcoming directorial venture after the blockbuster ‘Gabbar Singh’. Dil Raju is producing this prestigious movie on his banner ‘Sri Venkateswara Creations banner. This is his second movie with NTR, Samantha and music director Thaman after ‘Brindavanam’. Sirish and Laxman are the co-producers. Music was released through Aditya Music Company.

V V Vinayak said, “This appears like my own film’s audio function. My banner, my NTR, my Harish and all of them including Gautham Raju garu and Chota K Naidu are my people. Trailer is stupendous. Congrats to the team. Thaman did an excellent job. NTR appears fresh like a new hero in this film. I wish the film to break all records.”

SS Rajamouli said, “I watched the entire movie. It’s just wonderful. Dil Raju is an inspiration for many producers. He always believes in the story first and then gives priority to other aspects. The industry requires only such producers. He is really great. I met Harish at the time of ‘Shock’ shooting’. That movie was a flop. But he is the same jolly man even after ‘Mirapakay’ and ‘Gabbar Singh’. I really appreciate him for that. Vinay and I portrayed Tarak like a tiger, Vamsi showed him young, but Harish is showing him as young tiger. My wife and I always talk about Tarak’s smile. He has worn a good pant and shirt for this function. May be it’s Pranathi’s choice. Few audio functions have festive atmosphere. Ramayya should come as soon as possible.”

Bellamkonda Suresh said, “Both songs and dialogues are superb. We are already making a film with NTR. I wish a grand success for this film.”
Srivaas said, “Songs are excellent. Harish has done a wonderful job. I wish our hero to get a big hit with this film.”

Koratala Siva said, “Jabilli Nuvve…is one of the best songs in recent times. The emotions in songs are as much as in the title of the film. I’m waiting for this film as a writer. I’m very happy after watching Harish’s work on the screen.”

Vamsi Paidipally said, “I’ll always be grateful to brother NTR. I like one particular song in this film. I was part of this team 3 years ago when audio of ‘Brindavanam’ was launched in September. Thaman’s music is fabulous in this film when compared to ‘Brindavanam’.”

Bandla Ganesh said, “I’m grateful to some people in my life and Harish is one among them. I wish this film a very huge success. I can never forget Harish in my life. ‘Badshah’ would not have become such a big hit if NTR would not have cooperated with us.”

Ananth Sriram said, “Whether I write one song or all songs or no songs, I always wish for the success of all Dil Raju’s films. I penned the song ‘Jabilli Nuvve Cheppamma…’ in this film. Harish told me that this song which is going to become in a particular situation should be The Best one. And we did it. Songs that turned my career into a milestone are all from Dil Raju’s banner.”

Sahiti said, “Harish has the talent of writing the songs. Similarly the hero and producer have good interest on lyrics. My earlier songs ‘Chirugaali Vasthe Vasthe…’ and ‘Kevvu Keka…’ have become very big hits. In this film I wrote the song ‘Nenuppudaina Anukunnanaa…’. I do not like to add words from other languages. So I penned the song using pure Telugu words.”

Chota K Naidu said, “I always long for the audio of films that I work for. This is my third film with Dil Raju. I’m just waiting to hit a hattrick. Any film that I work with a director for the first time will become a big hit. Harish is known to me since long time. I wish him a grand success with this film. I wish to work with Dil Raju again and again. I wish this film to be the biggest hit in NTR’s career. NTR appears very handsome in this film. He used to exercise everyday from morning 4 to 7 and every evening for an hour. That’s the reason he appeared so fresh in this film. This will be my hattrick film with NTR.”

Dil Raju said, “It’s well known about how Vinayak made NTR a star by extracting his specialty in ‘Aadi’. Similarly Rajamouli took him to top position with ‘Simhadri’. He also showed the same NTR differently in ‘Yamadonga’. We have give NTR a new look in ‘Brindavanam’ too. Right from the time the teaser of this film got release everyone is praising NTR’s looks. Special thanks to harish, Tarak and Chota. Going by the first look of the film, industry people and audiences are eagerly waiting for the film. We are releasing for this Vijayadasami. I gave Vinayak a cheque of Rs 3,03,000/- at the time of ‘Dil’ film. After that I gave it to Harish. I called him to my office and offered him a cheque even before the release of ‘Gabbar Singh’. But he never passed that cheque. One fine day NTR called me and said that he and Harish wanted to work under our banner. I felt happy to note that a star hero and director wanted to work on our banner. Harish completed the film by clearing all my doubts with immense patience. My bonding with NTR started as a distributor to Vinayak’s ‘Aadi’ and it continued in the same manner from then onwards. ‘Ramayya Vasthavayya’ will set a new trend on our banner. Chota did a fantastic job. This is his third film on our banner. Chota and Harish together did the song ‘Jabilli…’ on the set. They did a fabulous job. Both Samantha and Shruti Haasan have performanced well. Rao Ramesh have done a great job even though he played a very small role. After watching the film this morning, I’m really very happy with the output. Even if the audiences come to theaters with great expectations, they will only say one word after watching the film, that is ‘Super Hit’. This is our 15th film on this banner. I’m sure this is going to be the higgest grosser movie in NTR’s career as well as on our banner. I’m very confident about that.”

Harish Shankar said, “Thaman scored superb music. He worked very hard and understood the story better than me off the screen. This music will be his career best. My film journey started off with Durga Arts banner. I once narrated a story to NTR and from then onwards some kind of power has kept our bonding strong, either through Vinay or Rajamouli or someone else. NTR always kept me in his friend list. I thank him for treating me as a friend. He is young by age only. I worked with him for 100 days. He is not punctual. He used to be at the location one hour before time. I feel ashamed to tell that I was late by atleast 15 times. I used to think whether a hero like NTR will be born once again when I see him dance, delivering punches or any other dialogues. One more take would only repeat due to some side mistake but not his. I like NTR’s action in ‘Aadi’ and ‘Simhadri’, his dialogue delivery in ‘Yamadonga’ and his comedy in ‘Adhurs’. We tried a new body language for him in this film. The audience will get to see a new NTR in this film. At the time of ‘Gabbar Singh’, NTR invited me to his house for Ugadi and wished me for the huge success of the film and told me that I’m doing a film with his irrespective of ‘Gabbar Singh’ results. The credit for all good scenes in this film will go to Chota. Gautham Raju is one technician who works for 25 hours in 24 hours. I’m the follower of Vinayak. I thank Samantha, Shruti, Hamsa and Neeraja. My art director Brahma Kadali designed extra-ordinary sets. He is the back pillar to Ramayya. My wish to do a film in NTR-Dil Raju combination has been fulfilled with this. Dil Raju is the man who thinks about cinema 24 hours a day. His involvement is such that working with him gives a feeling of being in a heaven. After working under his banner I learnt that Dil Raju is essential for few films, especially for this film I needed him. A producer like Dil Raju is essential for the industry.”

NTR said, “I enjoy participating in the audio functions along with fans. But only to avoid any fatal incidents I wanted to do it in simple manner. I’ll be very happy if my fans sit at home and watch the show. Every person will rejuvenate himself depending on the incidents he face and the films he do. More than myself, my directors reinvent the talent in me. Vinay made me hit my thigh, Rajamouli portrayed me with an axe in ‘Simhadri’, Vamsi taught me to trim my moustache, in ‘Rakhi’, Krishna Vamsi made the audience believe that I can also impress them in emotional scenes. Similarly Jakkanna proved that I can slim down and Vinayanna proved that I can do comedy also. I thank Harish for proving that I can even tease. So far I’ve never done a character like this. That’s the reason why I used to ask him if it would turn out good. More than anyone else I enjoyed this film at the time of making zone only. Harish said that this film was his eight years dream. I’m believing that he is portraying me exacting how he wanted to see me on the screen. I call very few Anna. So in line with that I call them Rajanna, Sirishanna and Lakshmanna because they have travelled with me right from ‘Aadi’ time in my good and bad times not as producers but also good friends. I wish this relationship will continue forever till I die. I used to see Thaman with Mani Sharma. Our journey began with ‘Brindavanam’, He did this audio by taking immense care for every song. My relationship with him should not stop with these three films, it should continue atleast for another 30 films. No one can beat Chotanna in showing me as a handsome guy, be it ‘Brindavanam’, ‘Adhurs’ or ‘Ramayya Vasthavayya’. Each and every one who worked for this film have done their best. I thank Kota garu for making us laugh even if it is a small role. Thanks to Brahma and Lyricists too. Thanks to the entire Harish’s team. His associates team loved this film more than us. I wish to have my fans love and affection forever.”
