Yevadu Sucessmeet

Ram Charan, Shruti Haasan and Amy Jackson starer ‘Yevadu’ with Allu Arjun and Kajal in key roles was released on January 12th. Written and directed by Vamsi Paidipally, the film was produced by Dil Raju, Sirish and Lakshman on Sri Venkateswara Creations banner. Devisri Prasad scored the music. On the eve of the success talk for the film, ‘Yevadu’ unit organized a success meet this evening (January 13).

Sai Kumar said, “I already said before the release of the film that ‘Yevadu’ would become a big hit. This is a good attempt. Vamsi did a wonderful job than what I expected. This is my second innings. I’m very happy for reaching the audience with a big film. I got several phone calls right from New Zealand to Nujiveedu. The screenplay and direction gave good strength to the film. Screenplay is the main element for the film’s success. I did an excellent character in this film. Allu Aravind said that my character would be the highlight of the film and it did. I did ‘Challenge’ with brother Chiranjeevi. Later I did this film with Ram Charan in a challenging way. One will understand the importance of Allu Arjun’s role only after watching the film. Ram Charan played both his characters fantastically. Similarly the dialogues and Vamsi taking is outstanding.”

Director Vamsi Paidipally said, “We are very happy to note the big success of the film. On this occasion I would like to thank each and everyone for making the film a huge success. Thanks to Ram Charan and Bunny for agreeing to do this film. This is my third film on Dil Raju’s banner. All were big hits. Aravind garu appreciated me over phone saying that I gave a big commercial hit.”

Producer Dil Raju said, “Yevadu was launched on our banner and finally became a huge hit after surpassing several hurdles. We all worked worked for 2 years for this film. Everyone supported in a balanced manner till its release. This film would not have been possible without Ram Charan and Bunny. Both agreed to do the film after listening to the story. I thank Sai Kumar, L B Sreeram, Sashank and Raja for being part of this film.”

Actor Raja said, “I’m very happy to do a role in one such good film. It’s an unforgettable experience of working with Ram Charan and Bunny. I’m also happy to work under Vamsi Paidipally’s direction on Dil Raju’s banner.”

Sashank said, “I played L B Sreeram’s son in ‘Yevadu’. I’m happy to do a key role. Director Vamsi justified my character. It’s getting a good response. So I wanted to thank him on this occasion. I started my career 11 years ago as an actor. I use to long to work under Dil Raju’s banner. I was also supposed to do ‘Bhadra’ under his banner. But it did not materialize. I’m very excited and happy to do this film. Similarly I’m also happy to work with senior artists like Sai Kumar and LB Sreeram. I hope this film will become a plus to my career.”

L B Sreeram said, “Screenplay is like a heart to ‘Yevadu’ film. Director Vamsi handled a complicated subject very well. I also appreciate him for giving credit to the entire team by mentioning in the end of the film as Vamsi and team. Screenplay is the main asset to the film that brought good name to each and every character. Ram Charan performed wonderfully in both the characters. I shot the film for about 30 days. Few scenes are very natural and close to real life. This is a good sign for our team during Sankranthi 2014. The film is like a Sankranthi feast.”
