The trailer launch event of suspense thriller ‘Kapali’ was held on October 3 at Prasad Labs in Hyderabad. Producer Raj Kandukuri, who earned good recognition through the recently released super hit film ‘Pelli Choopulu’, has launched two trailers of the film. Dr. Mesa Rajesh is playing the lead role under his own direction under Rohin Productions banner.
On this occasion, director Mesa Rajesh said, “I have long time dream to make a film. I have watched films of almost all languages in the world. I decided to make a special film and therefore chosen media based film and the result is ‘Kapali’. The story of the film about how a journalist completes his tasks with the help of found footage. Four stories runs simultaneously. I confidently say that the climax of ‘Kapali’ will be totally different from all films which came so far in Indian cinema history. I am sure the film will be totally different from all films which came so far based on journalism. I know how journalists in the real life risk their lives. I am dedicating the film to all honest journalists.”
Producer Raj Kandukuri said, “I didn’t experience horror. I hope Mesa Rajesh will present horror through ‘Kapali’. It is really great thing that he himself producing the film to fulfill his dream. I believe that if the content is impressive, it will become big success like how the film Paranormal which was made with just Rs 7 Lakh has grossed Rs 1300 crores.”
