Indrudu Success Meet

Hero Vishal, known for his variety roles has thrilled the audience with his latest movie ‘Indrudu’ which opened to theaters recently. This Vishal-Lakshmi Menon starrer romantic psychological thriller was directed by Thiru under Vishal Film Factory banner wit Siddharth Rai Kapoor and Vishal Sekhar as joint producers. Since the film is now heading towards success, the unit has organized a press meet today (June 24) at Prasad abs in Hyderabad.

In the press meet dialogue writer Sashank Vennelakanti said, “I’ve been working with Vishal right from his first film. This film is being made with an interesting point and with elements like love, friendship, sentiment, revenge, etc. ‘Indrudu’ was a huge success in Tamil. I’m happy to note that the film became a hit in Telugu as well.”

Director Thiru said, “Indrudu was a huge hit in Tamil and I’m happy to see the success of the Telugu version too. I thank Vishal for accepting to do this film.”

According to P D Prasad, ‘Indrudu’ was released in 313 centres and the list of centres would increase by 25 due to the huge response. This is a must watch film for those who desire to watch new conceptual films. The producers need guts to make films of this genre and Vishal is one such producer who is bold enough. I hope the audience will make the film a bigger hit.”

Hero cum producer Vishal said, “I thank the Telugu audience for encouraging and supporting my films. I’m going to do a straight Telugu film under the direction of a debutant Sashikanth. This film will go on sets in October. ‘Indrudu’ has several mass elements to attract the audience. The scenes that show the hero targeting his enemies after figuring out their whereabouts are the highlights. The Tamil version is receiving critical acclaims. We produced the film by teaming up with UTV Motion Pictures. I played the role of a guy suffering from narcolepsy. I was really amazed to watch the behavior of persons of slipping disorder. It’s my third film on my banner.”
