Akkineni Naga Chaitanya starrer ‘Oka Laila Kosam’, which is being made under Annapurna Studios banner with Smt. Akkineni Annapurna as presenter is all set for world wide release on 5th of September. King Nagarjuna is producing this romantic youthful entertainer. Director Vijay Kumar Konda, who tasted the success with the film ‘Gunde Jaari Gallanthayyinde’, is directing the film. Pooja Hegde is playing the female lead role opposite Naga Chaitanya. Two songs of the film were released at PVP Mall in Vijayawada in the presence of movie lovers and fans. Yuva Samrat Naga Chaitanya, Pooja Hegde, Vijay Kumar Konda, Anoop Rubens and some others have attended the function. Dr. Akkineni Nageswara Rao’s evergreen hit ‘Oka Laila Kosam…’ remix song and ‘Oh Meri Jane Janaa…Nuvventha Kadantunna Neelo Nenunna…’ song were released in the presence of elated fans.
On the eve of songs release, Naga Chaitanya expressed, “I’m very excited to release the songs in the presence of fans. Director Vijay Kumar Konda is carving the film wonderfully as a romantic youthful entertainer. I’m extremely confident that the film will impress all the audience. Anoop Rubens has rendered excellent music. I’m sure it is going to be yet another musical hit from our combination.”
Director Vijay Kumar Konda explained, “My first film ‘Gunde Jaari Gallanthayyinde’ was a super hit in terms of Music also. Anoop has given excellent music for ‘Oka Laila Kosam’ far better than that. I’m sure audience will enjoy the songs. In the same way the film will entertain the audience so much.”
“’Oka Laila Kosam’ is the second film I’m working with Vijay Kumar. Vijay perfectly knows how to extract good music for the music composers. He has given a lot of freedom. So, I have tried my best to give good audio. I’m extremely confident that everyone will like the audio,” said Anoop Rubens.
Heroine Pooja Hegde said, “I’m very happy that I’m working in a prestigious banner in my first film and working with Nagachaitanya. Songs are impressive. Everyone will like the songs for sure.”
