Saiyami Kher awaits the release of Nagarjuna's 'Wild Dog' on April 2. Directed by Ahishor Solomon, the film is an action thriller. Catch her talk about the film and working with Nag in this interview.

It was director Solomon sir who approached me for the film. I auditioned for the role. This is my second film in Telugu. It's every actor's dream to work with Nag sir. Women, especially, are his big fans. He knows how to charm women. My favourite film of his is 'Gitanjali'. It's a dream-come-true working with him. He is so humble and down-to-earth. He doesn't look like he is not our age.

'Wild Dog' is a very patriotic film. Nag sir's character is a little humorous, too. Producer Niranjan Reddy sir has done 'Ghazi', which too was a patriotic film, before.

I was nervous initially to work with a big star like Nag sir. I was jittery as to how it was going to be. But he made me feel comfortable.

I enjoy playing cricket a lot. I am also a marathon runner. Sports come to me naturally. Yet, I had to take martial arts training for a month for my role in 'Wild Dog'. David Ismalone trained us for a month. I picked up very easily because of the training.

I am a RAW agent in the film, while Nag sir's team is into NIA. He trusts my character completely as per the story.

Having basic fitness helped a lot while shooting for the film. My sporting background helped a lot. We were shooting in Manali and it was very cold. Everyone was struggling so much. But Nag sir never showed signs of fatigue.

There are no songs in the film but I hope the next time I work with Nag sir, I have songs with him.

I have done a web series in Hindi for which I did some action scenes. The director of 'Wild Dog' had asked me to watch particular action movies before the film was taken to floors.

Rajamouli sir is on my wishlist. Every artist wants to work with him. I have a dream of teaming up with Prabhas. I am a big fan of Allu Arjun also. Tharun Bhascker, the new-age filmmaker, is also on my wishlist. I really liked when I watched 'Pelli Choopulu'. I am also a fan of Mani Ratnam sir.
