On the occasion of Ramzan, Apollo Sugar, chain of diabetes speciality clinics, organized a press meet to spread health and diet awareness for diabetics and pre – diabetics in the city today. Apollo Sugar diabetologists spoke in detail about do’s and don’ts in food and lifestyle for diabetics during Ramzan. They also said, regular sugar monitoring is critical in maintaining good health during this festival. Fasting schedules, alternate food options and health management were some of the key topics that were discussed in detail at the event.
