The brand “Stylicious by Sam” was the culmination of dreams turning into reality for Samaira Wallani, Founder & Makeup Director at the Makeup Artistry. She has been harbouring the passion of makeup for over a decade, right from her training days at Emirates Airlines. She was the friendly makeup artist who would doll up people to fulfil her desire and at the same time want her friends & family to look special on their big day.
Being an enterprising individual, always wanting to do something different, she set up Stylicious by Sam Makeup Artistry in 2014 with the focus on making every bride feel like a celebrity on their big day. A strong word of mouth reference has helped her on her path and she continues with the same passion, focusing equally on every bride through her detailed approach and preparedness to ensure that the bride has to just walk in with her clothes and then walk out straight to her events. Each look has elements which ensure it is different and memorable for the bride.
Samaira brings with her a blend of knowledge & experience. She harbours the thought that knowledge only grows with sharing. This led her to start makeup training. Training with the brand is helping them not only learn the skill, but also ensuring that its affordable and further covers aspects like business acumen and marketing which would provide them with the stepping stone to the real world. Her years of experience in various jobs and the experience gained out of the last 4 years provides valuable insights to the students. Her rich experience drawn from the various Brides done across Dubai & India is a value add for her clients & students and reflects in the feedback that is shared by the clients to us and their friends n family.
The journey is now at an important milestone with the opening of the 1st Stylicious by Sam Makeup Studio & Academy at Jubilee Hills Rd No 36 in Hyderabad. This is their second venture after starting the exclusive store for PAC Cosmetics in November 2017, to help all the makeup artist and makeup lovers find one of the widest and affordable range under one roof.
The Studio will provide a very personalized experience for Brides to be ensuring that they have their space to get ready on their big day and walk into their events as a celebrity.
The Academy on the other hand will have two aspects, personal grooming & professional makeup. All makeup classes would be taken by Samaira personally to ensure that there is adequate focus on every student as the number of students would be limited and each one’s learning ability would be assessed to ensure the right hand-holding is provided to the student to be empowered with the skill through the course they opted for. The students enrolling for professional course would be provided a video recording of their student work which would help them refer back, in the event they would like to revisit any of the practical steps.
