I understand that Amazon Alexa, which is a virtual assistant developed by Amazon is doing its work here in Hyderabad.
Uber has its second largest global presence here in Hyderabad. Why did all these companies choose Hyderabad. There are four or factors to this. The major ones are value proposition and infrastructure development. We are twice cheaper in rent. Bangalore has half of the infrastructure that we have. High quality talent is abundantly available here. The employees loyalty here is much higher than any other city. While employee turnover is over 12 to 15 per cent, here in Hyderabad, it is 3 to 4 per cent.

JD Sports Fashion started its operations in the city in 2016 in August with ten people and now has grown to 200 strong.
