MSAF announced launch of a new product MS Life 600+ Seismic Resistance Steel. The new High grade MS Life 600+ is manufactured from their ultra-modern Factory at Toopran, Medchal.

MS Agarwal Foundries aims to be at forefront and came out with this new product MS Life 600+ is fully developed from scratch in our modern R & D Laboratory. Speaking at the launch, MSAF Director Shri Gautam Ganeriwal expressed that the World’s best top quality chemicals and perfect proportion alloys are used in our steel melting process resulted in full proof earth quake resistant TMT bars. This Combination of special chemicals and alloys resulted in best corrosion resistance too.

The new MS Life 600+ helps in saving the cost to the construction industry and the end Customers. The higher yield strength and tensile strength allows MS LIFE 600+ Bars to be made using less material in weight. Even though the high strength steel are generally more expensive but overall savings will be significant and shall offset the initial investment done. Using less steel also reduces the cost associated with transportation, fabrication and erection costs.
Further the high Strength MS Life 600+ provides freedom to Structural designers to make better designs for high performance and longer LIFE. It allows structural Designers and Architect to build more ambitious and complex tall buildings and bridges. The Millau Vaiduct world's tallest bridge is a good example of high strength steel which enabled in designing the construction of this 343 meters tall bridge.
MS Life 600+ provides value for money to the customers in terms of steel consumption by less than 15% compared to traditional steel bars presently sold in market. MS Life 600+ sell the TMT bars on per piece basis which saves cost, avoids pilferage and have standard weight.
