Film producer turned politician T Subbarami Reddy launched an organization on his name called ‘T Subbarami Reddy Lalitha Kalaparishath’ on November 27th at Shilparamam, Hyderabad. The launching event took place amidst the large gathering of politicians and film personalities.

Former Chief Minister K Roshaiah, Dr Akkineni Nageswara Rao, Dr D Ramanaidu, Dr Chiranjeevi, Dr Mohan Babu, Dr C Narayana Reddy, Nandamuri Balakrishna, Dr Rajendra Prasad, Dr Brahmanandam, Ram Charan Tej, Sumanth, Jagapathi Babu, Murali Mohan, Nagaophani Sharma, V Hanumantha Rao, Ali, Jayasudha, Saradha, Shriya, Priyamani, Charmi, Kajal, Nisha Agarwal, Ameesha Patel, etc., were the few prominent guests who made their presence felt.

The programme started off with the classical dance performance by yesteryear heroine Shobana.

Speaking on the occasion Dr Akkineni Nageswara Rao said, “There are many who are rich but only few will know how to use the money. Although I came from the stage drama background I couldn’t establish one such Kala Parishath which my friend Subbarami Reddy did. I’m very happy about that. He is the real Kala Bandhu. I wish the success in every field that he steps into and offer my best wishes to my friend on this occasion.”

The TSR logo was unveiled by Dr Chiranjeevi. This was followed by the blessings by Nagaphani Sharma to T Subbarami Reddy and others on the dais. Later former Chief Minister K Roshaiah and Dr C Narayana Reddy spoke a few words on Subbarami Reddy’s kala sevas. This was followed by Rs 1 lakh cheque presentation to Natya Guru Nataraju Ramakrishna. The cheque was presented by K Roshaiah.

Balakrishna while speaking, “Everyone has passion on art, but very few maintain that. Such is the personality Subbarami Reddy. I’m very happy to note that Subbarami Reddy launched the Kala Parishath to serve the Kalamathalli. It is really a healthy thinking to build auditoriums in every district through this Kala Parishath and encourage the artists. I wish him to encourage the youth through this Kala Parishath.”

Chiranjeevi said, “Subbarami Reddy garu always remained the same with the smile on his face. He is the most positive person and never talks ill about anyone. His positive thinking is always making him walk on the success path. In a function Dr C Narayana Reddy garu said that Akkineni Nageswara Rao garu’s heart is as clean as his face (without wrinkles). Similar is the case with Subbarami Reddy garu. He is one such man with a pure heart. Whatever he does, he does it with complete dedication.”

Mohan Babu said, “I’m associated with Subbarami Reddy garu for the past 35 years. I used to call him as Kala Bandhu and Dheena Bandhu. With the blessings of Lord Shiva, he started this programme with passion on art. On this occasion I am donating 1 acre of land that exists in between Chittoor and Tirupathi. I wish him to build an auditorium on that land and encourage the young talent. I’m presenting this land to Subbarami Reddy garu through my friend and Tirupathi MLA Chiranjeevi. The blessings of Lord Venkateswara and Lord Sai Baba will always be for Subbarami Reddy.”

Before the programme ended he felicitated Jayasudha on the occasion of her birthday and presented special awards to all the guests who attended the function.
