To showcase the new kit, Deccan Chargers' players Michael Lamb, Jean Paul DUMMY, Ishant Sharma and Dale Steyn, amongst others were present at PUMA's launch event. The players, wearing the Deccan Chargers apparel, charged in making hand horns', a symbolic gesture resonating with the Deccan Chargers' theme of the raging bull.

The jerseys are made with 100% polyester and are circular and double knit to ensure the long lasting richness of the team color.
