Nikitha Narayan launches Barbeque Nation Outlet at Gachibowli, Hyderabad

Hyderabad, December 11th, 2014: Barbeque Nation, one of the most successful casual dining restaurant chains in India, inaugurated its newest outlet today at Gachibowli in Hyderabad amid much fun and fanfare.

Speaking on the occasion Mr. Uday Menon, Chief Business Officer, Barbeque Nation said, “Gachibowli is an important pocket in the city for us. We are very pleased to bring the Barbeque Nation dining experience to Hyderabad’s IT hub. This is the 40th outlet of Barbeque Nation in the country since its inception in the year 2006 and the third in the city, after the Banjara Hills outlet opened in 2008 and Jubilee Hills outlet opened in 2012. We are already present in sixteen cities and will be rapidly expanding our network of outlets by adding 24 outlets in the next year at the rate of two outlets a month. Our expansion will majorly be in the tier 2 & 3 cities, he said. We also have plans for abroad, with huge demand and requests from expats for Barbeque Nations in those countries. We will be setting up an outlet in Dubai next year and are looking at other destinations abroad like UK, USA Sri Lanka etc.

Actress Nikitha Narayan – Who is a very well know face in Telugu movies and was nominated in the Best Female Debutant category at the 1st South Indian International Movie Awards held in Dubai.- lit up the first barbeque to mark the official launch. The guests for the day comprised members of Telugu film fraternity and corporate honchos from around the city. The guests were also treated to a memorable a live solo vocal band performance, followed by the scrumptious Lunch and trademark grills that Barbeque Nation has perfected over the years.

The new outlet, 3rd in Hyderabad, accommodates 104 covers and boasts of a delectable buffet. The look and feel of the restaurant follows the basic theme of Barbeque Nation which is rustic and casual with wood and open-brick wall surface. The sizzle of the grills livens up the whole atmosphere and gives diners a comfortable and cosy experience.

Buffet at Barbeque Nation showcases an array of vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes. Starters like Paneer Tikka Lazawaab and Cajun Spice Baby Potatoes, Mutton Gillafi Seek and Chili Garlic Prawns deserve a special mention. The Main Course has a number of mouth-watering dishes ranging from Murshidabadi Chicken Biriyani, Seharagi Biriyani to the Dum ke Ghost in non-vegetarian dishes, and the usual suspects such as Dal Palak, Kofta and KadaiPanneerin vegetarian dishes. For dessert, the chefs serve up popular dishes like Dates and Coconut Pie, Kesari Phirnee and Chocolate Brownies.

An average meal for two costs Rs 1600 and hours of operation are lunch and dinner hours.
