Chef PRADEEP KHOSLA, along with his team of chefs have meticulously prepared the menu with the traditional recipes using the finest ingredients, keeping in mind the discerning tastes of Hyderabad. The gourmet menu features the most authentic version of the Hyderabadi Dum Biryani, Haleem and other delicacies.
Speaking on the occasion Mr Khalil Ahmed, Managing Director, Food Krafters and Services said, “Authentic Hyderabadi food is a blend of exquisite flavours and textures and is in many ways unique from other culinary traditions of India. We have introduced Dawat-E-Khaas with an objective to introduce our guests with the most authentic food that is usually served at traditional muslim weddings. In 1975, Mir Babar Ali started a catering business in the city of Hyderabad. Subsequently, his son, Mazhar stepped into the family business .In 1998, he set up the first Hyderabad House restaurant at Masab Tank, Hyderabad. Over the years, the brand grew from being a single restaurant to a chain of almost 40 stores across India.
