Andhra Bank Housing Loan Mela & Property Show

Andhra Bank organised a two-days `Housing Loan Mela’ & `Property Show’ at `Satyasai Nigamagamam’, Srinagar Colony, Hyderabad. It will be on till 20th jan 2013 , 10.30 am to 8.30pm. Mela & Property show was inaugurated by Sri Venkata Ramana Reddy , Director ,Andhra Bank to day. PVSTR Seshagiri Rao, Dy.General Manager & Zonal Head of Hyderabad-II Zone ,M Kamalakara Rao, Dy.General Manager graced the occasion.

Addressing a media here on Saturday , Venkata Ramana Reddy , Director , Andhra Bank ,The show is organized for sanction of Housing Loans on the SPOT in Twin Cities covering 169 Branches of the Bank jointly by Hyderabad I and II Zones. Many Reputed Builders are participating in the Property Show’. The bank has come forward to give home loans at diminishing rate of intrest , 10.5 percent rate of intrest on housing laon up to 10 to 30 lakhs , 10.75 percent above 30 lakhs. Bank is expecting a Businss of 30 to 40 Crores during the mela period.

he said that there will be no processing fee for loan during these mela. Further announced that apart from home loans , bank will giving reverse mortgage loan , car laons . Branch Managers of Andhra Bank along with the team of their Processing Officers, Panel Advocates, Approved Valuers and Contact Point Verification Agencies arranged for giving spot sanctions at the Venue.
