Harvard Model United Nations India 2015 at HICC, Hyderabad

Harvard Model United Nations, an international conference co-hosted by the prestigious Harvard International Relations Council and MUNCafe, is all set for its fifth session in Hyderabad from 13th- 16th August, 2015 at HICC.
FLAME University is HMUN India 2015's lead partner and they will be having a team of professors coming to deliver workshops. Mercedez Benz is the automobile partner and they will be having a competition for the delegates in which the delegates will have to talk about what "best" means to them and 10 delegates will win an all-sponsored trip to Pune to visit the Mercedez, Centre of Excellence.
This year's conference contains an elite set of speakers who will be addressing and interacting with the crowd.
Nandita Das, who's an actress, director and social advocate, will be the keynote speaker at the opening ceremony of the conference. Nandita Das is a Yale Fellow, the first Indian to be induced into the 'Hall of Fame' of the International Women's Forum 2011, was on the Jury of the Cannes Film Festival in 2005 and 2013 and was the Chairperson of the Children's Film Society.
Santosh Kumar, a professor at FLAME University will be addressing the crowd at the speaker series. Day 2 of the conference will have Pradeep Singh, an ex IAS officer, and Stanford and Harvard alumni will be the address the crowd in the morning.
Following that, RBI Governor, Raghuram Rajan, speak to the crowd through a live webinar and will also be answering questions by the delegates live.
The other speaker who will be interacting with the crowd for the day will be Dr. William Selvamurthy who has been a DRDO veteran for 40 years and is currently the president director of Amity University.
The following day will have Ani Choying Drolma, a Buddhist nun who is an international artist and the UNICEF Goodwill Ambassador for Nepal, address the crowd and she will also bring in some performances. Ani Choying is the founder of her organisation, 'Nuns Welfare Foundation of Nepal' and all funds raised under HMUN India's impact initiative will be forwarded to her organisation She willl also be interacting and performing with faculty advisors and delegates.
