Mr. Ravi Mantha's Profile

Mr. Ravi Mantha is an author, investor, and an activist. His interest is in connecting the dots across multiple disciplines.

Achievements:
The fruit of three years of labour is his book on science and health, "All About Bacteria", published by HarperCollins. He has a keen interest in preventive health and natural health.

He is also the translator from Gujarati into English of the critically acclaimed work "A Journey, Poems by Narendra Modi", poetry composed by our honourable Prime Minister, and published by Rupa Publications

For ten years, Mr Ravi was a portfolio manager at Fidelity Investments in Boston and London, where he has co- managed a $35 billion global equity fund. He earned a B.A in liberal arts from the University of Puget Sound in Washington State and also is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).

I am happy to conduct my second event as the chairperson for YFLO for the year 2014-15.

The event is being held at Park Hyatt on 4th July

This year we are planning events which will emphasize on entrepreneurship and professional excellence in women, keeping in mind the growing membership base and diversity.

We will strive to conduct programs in Self- development of Girl-child and Rural Women of our state. We hope to expose our members to international affiliations and expand our knowledge and finally emphasize on networking with other chapters.

Also we would be targeting at educating our members on women's rights and laws and an ever on go green at two schools for the underprivileged.

I am grateful to Mr.RaviMantha for gracing this event and being a part of Young Ficci ladies organization.
