Araaish Exhibition at Taj Krishna, Hyderabad

Araaish Exhibition held here in city today at Hotel Taj Krishna. About forty top fashion designers in India showcased their new collection. Araaish is an exhibition jointly organised by Mana Shetty, Sahrmila Khanna with local partner Samia Alam Khan.

Mana is the creative director of R House Furnishing Solutions Pvt. Ltd., director of S2 Realty Developers Pvt. Ltd., and wife of Bollywood actor Suniel Shetty.

The Exhibition attracted the country’s most coveted designers and displayed their latest collections in festive accessories, apparels and jewellery. Over the years, it has held exhibitions in various Indian cities such as Hyderabad, New Delhi, Kolkata and Mumbai and also in international destinations like Dubai!

It has also received the excellent footfall right from the go. Some of those patronized today include Ms. Pinky Reddy, many socialites of the city.

Some of the exhbitors include Madison, Aquamarine, Megha & Jigar, The Hem, R House, Kalakari, Isharya, Aditi Creations, Priyanka Signature Couture, Aeshsane, Nirraamyaa, Pooja Mahtaney etc and others.

Madison owned by Trishna Bajaj has garnered sufficient buzz among the city’s stylists and fashion conscious women. Apparel and jewellery with a designer feel to it, yet is easy on the pocket were a big attraction.

Aquamarine Silver and Semi Precious Jewellery was another star attraction at the show. With Ganesh Chaturthi around, it has many beautiful neckpieces with Ganesha Pendants.

Priyankas is an exclusive fashion label for women showcased Gaghra Saree, Cocktail Saree and Drape Sarees which are ready to wear. Priyanka herself draped in Gaghra Saree looked pretty and her collection was a huge hit. Neckpieces are sure shot accessories. Handmade Neck pieces made out of leftover Organic Bamboo Fabric showcased by Neesha Amrish from Chennai were a steal.

This is our 43rd show. We curate exhibitors. We get exactly what our customers looking for informed Mana Shetty. Araaish Exhibition will be taken to more cities in near future. Araaish is the fund rising wing of Save The Children India. Save the Children India, benefitted 50,000 children over the past several years, she added.

Araaish is one of its kind of fashion fundraising events. It is the fund raising arm of Save The Children India which is a tribute to my late mother Mrs. Vipula Kadri. It is a novel concept where ´Glamour and Giving Go Together´. It is a one-stop destination for designers to exhibit their collections. It is a unique platform where the worlds of glamour and giving unite in aid of Save The Children India, a 27 year old non-profit organization founded by Late Mrs. Vipula Kadri in 1988 said Mana Shetty.

Araaish exhibitions in the past enjoyed the presence and patronage of celebrities and popular icons like Kajol and Tanuja, Suniel Shetty, Rashmi Thackeray, Pinky Reddy, Sameer Soni, Sophie Choudry and many more.
