The Pre-Christmas Cake Mixing Bash 2015 at The Golkonda Hotel, Hyderabad

The CAKE-MIXING is a community event. It brings together baking enthusiasts to learn new recipes, satisfy their sweet tooth and have a great time. The resident chefs headed by Corporate Executive Chef Mr.Sailesh Verma along with the General Manager Mr. Vipul Bhargava and the Food & Beverage Manager Mr. Rajesh Chatterjee hope to take a select audience through the paces of fruits, nuts and the art of mixing them to form the perfect cake.

With this being the 25th year of The Golkonda Hotel, the event promises to be bigger than ever. With Christmas around the corner, we are more than ready to deck up our halls and spread the Christmas cheer. The Golkonda Hyderabad considers the cake mixing affair a ritual, to usher in the festive season, the good tidings, happiness and lots of Christmas cakes!
