Rama Rama Krishna Krishna - As energetic as Ram

‘Rama Rama Krishna Krishna’ is the 200th film of MM Keeravani as a music director. He had composed huge number of hit songs. It’s difficult to mention so many musical hit films. But I would still like to mention few all time hit albums. ‘Seeta Ramaiah Gari Manavaraalu’, ‘Kshana Kshanam’, ‘Gharana Mogudu’, ‘Allari Priyudu’, ‘Student No. 1’, ‘Simhadri’, ‘Sri Ramadasu’, ‘Anukokunda Oka Roju’, ‘Gangotri’ and the list goes on. I hope that the music of ‘Rama Rama Krishna Krishna’ will also be at par with these films. The film featuring Ram, Priya Anand and Bindu Madhavi is a youthful cum family entertainer being directed by Srivas and produced by Dil Raju and his friends under Sri Venkateswara Films banner.
Rama Rama Krishna Krishna Music: M.M. Keeravani Lyrics: Ananth Sriram Singer: Karthik, Ranjith, Sudha Jeevan
A fast paced song rendered by Karthik, Ranjith and Sudha Jeevan starts like a march and translates into modern composition. Wow! The blend of instrumentation is pretty interesting with very lively foot tapping beats. The tune is catchy and the lyrics are very good to hum. The track is aptly suitable for Ram’s energy levels. The rhythm is nice for repeat listens. The track has all the qualities to become chartbusters.
Oola Ulala Music: M.M. Keeravani Lyrics: Ananth Sriram Singer: Tippu, Chaitra
‘Oola Ulala’ is a youthful song especially crafted for the youth. They are likely to enjoy this track as the beats are heavy and fast. Tippu and Chaitra provided vocals for playful lyrics written by Ananth Sriram. Although Keeravani managed to give bouncing beats, it doesn’t really do enough to hook you.
Lera Chanti Music: M.M. Keeravani Lyrics: Ananth Sriram Singer: Karthik, Chorus
This yet another interesting number with funky lyrics and relatively energetic beats. The song starts off with Karthik’s playful rendition supported by chorus. ‘Lera Chanti’ is a situational song that describes the hero’s characterization. The synchronization and lyrics make it visual in its treatment. It takes you two decades back and brings smiles on your face. This piece gives complete energy to those in depressed mood.
Count Down Music: M.M. Keeravani Lyrics: Ananth Sriram Singer: Deepu, Chaitanya, Noel
‘Count Down’ is a power packed song with heavy beats. The arrangement and singing style is western. The song describes about hero’s journey to reach his goal. Lyrics are ok, the English version is not so clear. Deepu, Chaitanya and Noel sang with zeal. This song is also a situation bound, so its impact will only last on Big Screen.
Endukila Music: M.M. Keeravani Lyrics: Ananth Sriram Singer: M.M. Keeravani, Karthik, Geetha Madhuri, Chaitra
‘Endhukila’ is a sad song that describes the sad situation of the hero when the story reaches the climax. The rhythm goes well from start to end except when the English version lyrics are added in between. The composers should understand that such versions do not really give a sad feel. A real sad song is that one should feel pain while listening to it. But this song is like any other normal song composed in a style.
Thu Go Jilla Music: M.M. Keeravani Lyrics: Ananth Sriram Singer: Daler Mehandi, Chaitra
This again is a fast beat song in Punjabi folk music style blend with pop music. A typical Daler Mehandi product with rustic lyrics. All instruments are played to support the vocal leads. Since such songs are largely focused on dance fusion style this track is sure to hit the dance floors. The album ends with a cheerful song.
Surprisingly not a single duet is found in this album. All songs are as energetic as Ram. As long as you listen to this album you might feel like dancing and jumping around, but once it gets over it may not remain in your minds.
