He finds out that a big mafia operating from Hyderabad is behind all these and he sets out to expose that 'fake certificates' racket.
Performances
Nikhil is a proven performer and he has gotten into the character of a journalist with ethics well. He also looks very fit in the movie. Lavanya Tripathi has nothing much to do in the film. Vennela Kishore gets a good role and he performs well in emotional scenes too. Satya is good in a comic role. Tarun Arora's villainism has not been elevated well. Posani, Nagineedu, Pragathi and others are good.
Technical aspects
The background score is good in many scenes though the songs are forgettable. The photography is good. Santosh's story is very strong and the screenplay should have been stronger.

Analysis
'Arjun Suravaram' has a very good story. The film discusses an important issue today well. Though the film starts on a dull note, once the plot point arrives, the film gets interesting and the tempo has been maintained well through out the first half without any boring narration. The way the first half ends, audiences expect a very intriguing second half with an intelligent screenplay. The second half is engaging but not up to the mark or that's what we feel. The performance of Nikhil is very good and he has given his best for the role.
On the whole, 'Arjun Suravaram' ends up as a fairly engaging crime thriller with a good story.
