Radhika Sarathkumar was born in Colombo, Srilanka, on 21st August 1963. She's a Tamil veteran producer, actress and Entrepreneur. She founded her own Radaan Mediaworks production company, which created a variety of popular serials, including Arasi, Chithi and Selvi.
Personal Life:
Raadhika's parents are M. R. Radha and Radha Geetha. She has fourteen Brothers and Sisters, including Nirosha Radha, M.R.R. Vasu and Radha Ravi. From 1985 to 1986, She first married Pratap K. Pothan, the Malayalee actor and director, but after one year of marriage, she ended her divorce.
From 1990 to 1992, her second marriage was with Richard Hardy, a British resident by whom she has a Rayanne Hardy. Then in 2001, she married actor Sarathkumar. The couple has a son named Rahul.
Career:
At the age of 16, Radhika Sarathkumar entered the film industry. Her first movie, Kizhake Pogum Rail, was directed and released by Bharathiraja in 1978. She then acted in many films in the language of Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada.
After a good career in acting, she chose to become an entrepreneur and set up her own Radaan Mediaworks Ltd. production banner. She produced several films in Hindi, Telugu and Tamil under her production company. She produced a Chitti television series, lasted 488 episodes and possibly one of her most productive ventures.
Instead, she produced several other series, she acted in them, including Selvi, Arasi, Annamalai and so on.
