It's known to all that protesting against ‘Cameraman Gangatho Rambabu’ for showcasing Telangana movement in a poor light, the pro-Telangana activists stormed
Puri Jagannadh’s office in Jubilee Hills and brought the screening of the film to a halt in Telangana region. However, producer DVV Danayya and distributor Dil Raju today organised a press meet to inform the people that they have removed all those scenes that had showed Telangana movement in poor light.
Nizam distributor Dil Raju said, “It’s known to all that the day after the release of ‘Cameraman Gangatho Rambabu’, the issue had started. I agree that few dialogues and scenes have hurt the feelings of people from Telangana region. Therefore, as a distributor of Nizam area, I discussed with the director and producer and removed those scenes and dialogues on the order given by the Government Committee. Since the problem is solved, the film will be screened in theaters from today onwards.”
Producer DVV Danayya said, “We did not make this film with the intension of hurting people from any region. But since many of them got hurt due to some dialogues and scenes, we decided to remove them and re-run in theatres. I hope all audiences will watch and enjoy the film now.”
