'Agni Prava' to be made in Telugu and Kannada

'Agni Prava' is a Telugu-Kannada bilingual directed by Suresh Arya. Produced by Varsha Tammayya of Navaratna Pictures, it was launched today. 'Baahubali' writer Vijayendra Prasad, Kannada thespian Raj Kumar's daughter Lakshmi, Govinda Raju, well-known Kannada director Jo Simon graced its launch event.

Speaking on the occasion, Vijayendra Prasad said, "I am very happy to have listened to the story developed by a member of our team. Suresh Arya has developed a very good story."

The producer said that she has bankrolled five Telugu films in the past. "This is my first bilingual. This is a female-centric story that holds a powerful message. It brings out the oppression that women face in families," she added.

The director said that he is doing the action-thriller having learned a lot by working in Vijayendra Prasad's team. "Varsha is playing a powerful role. The shoot will be kickstarted in the first week of December. It will be shot in Coorg, Hyderabad and other locations," the director added.

Presented by Max World, this one has lyrics by SS Datta, Dr. Ramakrishna and Koduri. Story is by Uday Shetty, Yuva and Suresh Arya. Cinematography is by Lavith. Editing is by KCB Hari. Dances are by Azad Sardhariya and Gokulanand. Fights are by 'Different' Danny.
