'Beast' has thoroughly been defeated by the 'KGF 2' mania in all markets barring Tamil Nadu. The Vijay-starrer is a non-starter in Hindi. Several Netizens are trolling the 'Master' actor on social media platforms for failing to ensure a decent buzz for the film in Hindi despite being a superstar in Kollywood for two decades.
In order to manage the image problem, Vijay's team has cleverly started saying that 'Beast' was never intended to be a serious Hindi release. Since the fight with 'KGF 2' has resulted in negativity, this new line of thought has been floated ahead of Beast's release on April 13.
The Vijay team is suggesting, through trusted social media influencers, that the makers of 'Beast' never tried to make a big splash with the Hindi version. "When Vijay goes pan-India with full force, it will be a giant film." This is what they are indirectly saying.
Vijay's fans have to live with the fact that 'KGF 2' is destined to crush 'Beast' in non-Tamil markets.
