In 'Dhamaka', which hit the cinemas today, we hear Ravi Teja's character say that he has come up in life without anybody's support. This line was there in the trailer. In the film, he goes further and mocks the villain, asking him not to practice nepotism in rowdyism. "Do you need to practice nepotism even in rowdyism?" he asks.
The N-word has always triggered a row across film industries. In the past, when the debate was rampant on social media, Allu Arjun said that he is proud to take forward the legacy of his grandfather and father in the film industry. He also said that his kids, too, will be in the film industry. He is one actor who is openly unapologetic about nepotism.
Nepotism is justified by many on the grounds that it's a natural instinct of humans to support and promote their own kids and not others.
