Shruti Haasan is going to romance Megastar Chiranjeevi in director Bobby’s mass masala entertainer. The film is Chiru's 154th project and will go on the floors later this year. Mythri Movie Makers today made the heroine's name official through Chiru on the occasion of Women's Day.
The banner, which recently produced Allu Arjun's 'Pushpa: The Rise', said that the untitled film is in the initial stages of production. Producers Y Ravi Shankar and Naveen Yerneni have described Shruti, who was seen last year in 'Krack', as a talented and gorgeous actress. This is her maiden venture with the 'Sye Raa' legend.
The film is rich in commercial elements as per the producers. "Bobby's story and dialogues will be a highlight. Kona Venkat and K Chakravarthy Reddy have penned the screenplay in association with Hari Mohana Krishna and Vineeth Potluri," the makers said.
It has also been made official that the film will have music by 'Pushpa' sensation Devi Sri Prasad. If Arthur A Wilson is cranking the camera, editing is by Niranjan Devaramane. AS Prakash and Sushmita Konidela, respectively, are taking care of production design and costume design.
