'Hanu-Man': Hanuman Chalisa rendition is powered by a devotional spirit

The makers of 'Hanu-Man' today unveiled a special rendition video of Hanuman Chalisa marking Hanuman Janmotsav. The verse, rendered with force by Sai Charan, is composed by Gowra Hari. Director Prasanth Varma, who has cast Teja Sajja as a representation of the extraordinary powers of Hanuman in a fictional town called Anjanadri, has used animation and artwork to power the video.

Shots from the film's successful teaser have been used as a plug as well as for stylistic purposes.

Produced by K Niranjan Reddy, the film stars Varalaxmi Sarathkumar in a key role and Amritha Aiyer as the heroine. Vinay Rai, Raj Deepak Shetty, Vennela Kishore, Getup Srinu, Satya and others are part of the cast.

To be released in all major South Indian languages, Marathi, English, Spanish, Korean, Chinese, and Japanese, 'Hanu-Man' is yet to lock its release date.

The film also has music by Anudeep Dev and Krishna Saurabh. The production design has been done by Sri Nagendra Tangala.
